Please be aware of the new charging structure for training outlined below.

Training Charges 2012:

• The purchase of every 10 machines entitles the customer to one training credit.
• Credits will be valid from date of purchase of machines for a period of 12 months.
• A valid credit on date of booking course will entitle one engineer to one training course.
• Type of machines bought and courses booked do not have to match.

If a company does not have any or sufficient training credits but have bought any machines within 12 months of date of booking there will be a charge of £30 per delegate per course.

If a company has not bought any machines in the previous 12 months the charge will be £60 per delegate per course.

These charges which are made at time of booking (cash or training credits) are non refundable unless the course is cancelled in writing 7 days prior to start of the course.
